Greg battles his vow of celibacy while working out with beautiful men at the gym (5/2/96), but that's nothing compared to his new "treatments" of reparative therapy (5/4/96). Upon returning to Mocha Daze, he discovers Steve has destroyed his artwork (5/8/96), but that doesn't stop a sexual fantasy (5/14/96) Is he becoming straight (5/16/96, 5/24/96) because of his artistic success (5/16/96, 5/20/96)?
Drew is seduced by Mark Fitzgerald (5/1/96) while Eric hires a detective (5/3/96) to see if Mark is the stalker (5/7/96). After being attacked by Mark (5/7/96), Drew destroys his momentos of Mark (5/13/96) and attempts reconciliation with Eric (5/13/96, 5/13/96). Eric faces homophobia at work (5/15/96) but finds solace in Rebecca Granville (5/17/96). But why is he pretending to be straight (5/19/96)? Drew takes Eric on a relationship retreat (5/21/96) but it only causes more problems (5/23/96), particularly with Eric's feelings for Rebecca (5/23/96, 5/27/96). Feeling ignored, Drew becomes closer with his boss John Daniel (5/29/96). Is this the beginning of the end for Drew and Eric?
Mike does a dancing gig for some extra cash and sees the Assistant DA, Ned, in the audience (5/4/96). An offer to choreograph with a local dance company comes through (5/8/96) but he realizes the dancers need a lot of help (5/12/96) and he eventually explodes from the pressure (5/18/96). Mike receives a strange letter from Greg (5/24/96) before he goes to trial with the rogue cops (5/26/96) and his dance piece finally opens to deafening applause (5/30/96).
Meanwhile, Hugo discovers Steve's true identity (5/1/96, 5/3/96) as Fran asks for him to hang Greg's artwork (5/5/96) at Mocha Daze. Barbara and Steve however get in the way (5/7/96). Hugo's column, Now You Tell Me! hilariously describes what change can bring (5/9/96) since Mocha Daze is evolving (5/11/96, 5/13/96), sex with Kurt is intensifying (5/17/96), and his Mocha Daze staff is accused of stealing (5/19/96, 5/21/96). But problems magnify when Hugo's arrested (5/25/96, 5/27/96) and asks his son for bail (5/29/96).
Fran, wanting revenge, steals a design from her boss (5/2/96) and as suspected, once Thea got what she needs (5/4/96), dumps Fran (5/6/96). But romance surprises Fran again when an old flame rises (5/6/96. 5/8/96) just as her boss is about to lose her job because of Fran's theft (5/12/96). Fran's father dies (5/18/96) and finds comfort in an unexpected place (5/20/96), but realizes she must confess to her crime (5/24/96). Fired, Fran has one last lunch with her employer asking for a favor (5/30/96).
June brings the beginnings of summer and all of the sizzle that goes with it!
