With his reparative therapy on schedule (6/5/96) he learns how dull straight nightclubs are (6/9/96) as his artistic life flourishes (6/15/96). Could marriage to his girlfriend be next (6/17/96)? Or will the media coverage of his "cure" bring him back to reality (6/19/96)? The price of his new found heterosexuality however cuts deep (6/25/96, 6/27/96, 6/29/96).

Drew confides to Fran that he suspects Eric is having another affair (6/2/96) while Eric finds a surprise at work (6/2/96). Drew flies to San Francisco (6/4/96), following Eric and Rebecca (6/4/96), determined to find the truth (6/6/96, 6/6/96). Drew shares his discoveries with Fran (6/8/96) while Eric has to soothe Rebecca's bruised ego (6/8/96). Mike's dance is a critical failure and he falls off the wagon (6/1/96), shows up drunk in court to testify against the rogue cops (6/3/96, 6/5/96), and has his first sexual encounter with a man: the Assistant District Attorney (6/7/96). The nasty cops are free (6/9/96, 6/17/96) and Mike has sex with Ned again in his new safehouse hotel room (6/19/96). Cabin fever quickly sets in resulting in an accident between Mike and- an automobile (6/25/96).

Hugo finally cracks and sends his son Steve a note (6/2/96). With Hugo's sudden disappearance and an arson fire that destroys Mocha Daze, we realize Steve set the fire with his fiancee Barbra for insurance money (6/6/96, 6/8/96). This man-you-love-to-hate, a bi-sexual (6/10/96, 6/16/96), has sex with Barbra's son (6/12/96), lies to Fran (6/22/96), lies to his fiancee (6/24/96), and plots a course of terror and destruction (6/26/96, 6/28/96).

Fran interviews for a new job and is asked a very personal question (6/1/96) which, ironically, lands her the job (6/5/96). Distraught over Hugo's disppearance, she banters with Steve (6/3/96) but soon finds herself too busy at her new job to follow through (6/7/96). Helen, the TV star, is an apparent lesbian (6/13/96) and Fran attempts to hide her school girl crush (5/15/96, 6/17/96). Mustering her courage, Fran finally asks this mega star on a date (6/23/96), with mixed results (6/27/96). Missing Greg, Fran confronts him at his clinic, only to learn there's nothing she can do (6/25/96).

July brings fireworks exploding and romance crackling as the Gay Daze crew sorts through the haze of their neverending daze.
