Hey there, Brief Review here! Aah, New Year, new 'wear! Nothin' like the feel of 100% cotton. Or do you prefer silk? e-mail me and lemme know. Speaking of 'wear....where are we? Our friends, Eric, Drew, Fran, Mike, Greg, and Hugo are in their usual turmoil.

• After her night of New Year's passion, Fran meets Mike's New Year's squeeze (01/01/96) and surprise is an understatement for her reaction. But later, Mike gets a surprise of his own when he gets an unfriendly visit from guys in a very bad mood (01/02/96).

• And since poor Greg got tossed (12/12/95) from his apartment, Drew's been trying to convince Eric to let Greg move in (01/02/96) to the guesthouse.

• Hugo does a good turn by hiring Mike (01/04/96) to work at the Daze and Greg gets a good turn at at a party (01/05/96).

• Hugo observes the anniversary (01/05/96) of his lover’s death; Mike gets an audition; and Greg branches out into video art.

• Fran, at a girl club, meets up with Jane and...... Uh-oh.... (01/07/96). And Drew, fed up with his harassment, talks to his boss (01/08/96) while Eric struggles with his feelings about Mark Fitzgerald (01/10/96).

• Mike gets hurt (01/11/96), Hugo gets served (01/12/96), and Greg finds inspiration (01/13/96)from some old pictures. Greg’s inspiration, and attraction lands him in trouble (01/15/96) with Mike. That’s not to say that Mike doesn’t have fantasies of his own (01/17/96).

• Hugo is devastated when someone vandalizes Mocha Daze (01/20/96) and every one is under suspicion. A despondent Hugo has to close the shop until he can remodel (01/22/96).

• Eric and Drew (01/24/96) prepare for a grand visitation from Eric’s parents Fran returns to the land of the working (01/25/96), and Greg gets a very late Christmas card (01/23/96) from his estranged father.

• Mike gets questioned by the cops (01/27/96) in connection with the break-in. It’s like a bad dream. But it’s not half as bad as Fran’s bad dream (01/27/96), and definitely half as interesting as Greg’s dream-like job interview (01/29/96).

• Hugo gets an answer from the insurance company about his claimed damages (01/30/96). Drew claims sitting for a photo session (01/30/96) for Greg will be totally innocent.

• And finally, Eric asks Fran to play out their own version of the Wedding Banquet (01/31/96).
