Hey there, I'm "BRIEF REVIEW" and I'm here to tell you about all the turmoil you've missed. Now let's see, when we first meet our characters are in their various states of disarray...
Drew and Eric were moving in together, so Drew had a yard sale (12/15/95) where a lover from his past reappears. A memory is sparked, but Drew loves Eric (12/20/95).
Eric got a job offer at a prestigious clinic (12/17/95) but had to deal with Drew pressuring him to come out to his parents (12/18/95) and his jealousy of Mark Fitzgerald.
Despite it all, Eric and Drew share a passionate relationship (12/20/95).
Meanwhile, Hugo reopened his coffeeshop, Mocha Daze and his column, Now You Tell Me! (12/15/95). A man about town, he emceed (12/16/95) a contest at a local bar, and attended the Black/White party (12/21/95).
Greg, an artist/massage therapist (12/15/95) met Mike at an art class (12/16/95). Mike, straight from New York needed a place to crash and Greg convinced Fran to let Mike move into her apartment (12/19/95), especially since her girlfriend left her (12/15/95). Greg should have waited, because he got evicted (12/21/95) from his own apartment the next day.
But once the moves were made, life wasn't all a bed of roses for either Drew (12/22/95), Mike (12/23/95), Fran (12/23/95), or Eric. So much for holiday cheer.
Unable to get an audition to save his life, Mike had to strip for his supper (12/24/95) and for rent money.
Just before Christmas, Hugo became interested in a new cup o' (aka customer) (12/23/95), while Eric and Drew were trying to adjust to cohabital bliss (12/23/95).
Oh did we mention the holidays????
Eric surprised Drew with a white Christmas (12/25/95) and Hugo got a special gift (12/25/95) from Fran and Greg. But poor Mike tried to drown his loneliness and misery in shotglasses (12/26/95).
Eric dealt with his jealousy of Mark (12/27/95) as Fran tried to deal (12/27/95) with her new roomie. Hugo goes out with the new and very mysterious cup o', Steve.
Fran gets sexually harassed (12/29/95) and quits. Drew gets harassed at his job but doesn't...yet. And poor Greg gets tossed (12/21/95) from his apartment.
Not to worry, it's the end of the year! And Eric and Drew, Mike and Greg, and Fran celebrate the dawning of 1996. It promises to be a year full of fun and surprises!
